LOL. Congrats. I’ve been put in time out a half dozen times for posts in a private group. Last one was a meme about a dishwasher being broken and a new one arriving. (pick of a woman in a box) It was tagged as hate speech.
I’m permanently banned, but FB is still tracking my activity—social credit score, I suppose. I don’t miss FB at all.
I had posted news items on covid treatments and 2020 vote fraud.

I think all conservatives deleting their accounts would do more good than debating libs on there. Every less dollar for Zuckerburg is a good thing, he is the enemy, don’t be his product.
After 40+ daze in NaziBook jail for true & accurate posts, I was just released.
I chose to leave Facebook after the November 2020 election. My liberal “friends” did NOT wish to hear research, findings from that research, or facts that countered their belief systems. I took the Biblical approach and left after dusting off my feet. Sometimes it is the only avenue available.
That being said, Lou Costello of Abbott and Costello fame had some great advice for a friend when dealing with people like this. Very simple and to the point. He said, “Don’t let the bastards get you down.” [I’d add to this: don’t take anything personal; don’t let their hatred get into your head; don’t allow their attacks to leave a lasting wound. Pick the battles you fight. Make it on ground of your choosing. Never give an inch.]

Whatever your reason for keeping a Facebook account, Facebook is a waste of your time. I canceled my account two years ago. My only regret is that I ever engaged with it in the first place.
Yeah, Facebook called me out for bullying when I challenged somebody who was bullying.
Go figure.
I dropped both Facebook and Twitter like a bad habit a couple of years ago and haven’t looked back. Liberating, really.

yeah...I had a buddy get verbally attacked by some leftist, all I did was respond to him ‘in kind’ - except I obliterated his arguments.
