Fairly or unfairly, it is almost never the case for women though. Women are valued for their youth and beauty. Men almost never chase women for their money — and if one does, a smart woman should be on her guard against him.

Until the age of 25, women have the definite advantage. That shifts between 25-35. After 35, with their fertility and looks fading, men hold all the cards.
