What is going on?
I understood we were to change our clocks at midnight tonight (11/7).
My cell (Verizon)phone reads 6:22. My Fit-Bit reads 5:18. Fox News reads 5:25. Computer shows 5:25.
Are you having these differences?
See above
Time is but a concept, a concept that is not nearly as exact in Newmerica as it was in the old America, because focusing on time being exact and consistent is a function of white hegemony.
Sorry.
Thailand. Only got up to 89° F today here.
There ain’t one magic switch to change everything at once - think of it like going through your house, deciding which clock to reset and when to do it. Now think of your neighborhood and when they reset their clocks.
Y’all get up early.
I dunno...I’m still drinking’ with Money Pelosi...
I remember having trouble with the phone changing when we crossed time zones in traveling (and it was Verizon) It would eventually change but it took a long time. Never did figure out the problem, but I don’t travel much between zones anymore, so haven’t done a recheck in some time.
If there is that much variance in your timepieces, you should unplug all of them and get an analog watch. Or it’s Time to get new equipment.
How dare you question your clocks when they’re self identifying whatever time they wish.
> This is correct. Try restarting devices. Ought to resolve issues.
You didn’t just say “Unplug it and plug it back in.”, did you?
2 AM is actually when the time changes. Sounds like your automatic stuff isn’t automatically changing properly. Happens. It’s an imperfect world.
By the time anybody reads this it won’t be a problem anymore.
The solution is to get rid of all time pieces except one. That way you will always know what time it is.
It’s 25 or 6 to 4. Does Anybody Really Know What Time It Is?
Clocks change at 2 AM on Sunday.
In the Spring, they jump to 3 AM, in the Fall, they reverse to 1 AM.
Chinese proverb “A man with one clock knows what time it is. A man with two clocks does not.”
