So I had tested positive for COVID-19 in Nov 2020, had symptoms and was in contact with two others that tested positive and had symptoms. So the chance that these tests were false positive are near zero. When I was given the news about the test being positive there was no advice given on treatment. Neither was there any treatment advice when I called my doctor. They all assume or basically tell you if it gets bad go to the ER - big mistake.
