I recall there was an article in Scientific American, back when it was good, around 1970, about the need for human experiments. The author had lead an experiment on preventing retinitis pigmentosa, a condition leading to blindness that occurred in premature infants treated with oxygen. It was pretty clear that the condition was associated with administering oxygen to premature infants.
Conducting the experiment was difficult. Nurses would override experimental protocols and administer oxygen to premature infants they thought were in distress, without telling the experimenters. Still, the study continued. When the experiment concluded and they analyzed the results, they found that for every case of retinitis pigmentosa avoided, they kill seven infants.
Every medical procedure is an experiment, every treatment is a trade off.
This sound just like the sacrificial child offerings to Molach. What has this world come to?

It would appear Toby Rogers has the “Dr.” as a title as he is a PhD in economics. So this article is akin to those talking up “Dr.” Jill Biden as though she is a doctor of medicine.
Has a long history of making questionable claims about vaccines in general, it appears, and for someone with a PhD in economics appears to have a great deal of trouble with basic math and statistics.
But if it fits an antivax narrative, it doesn’t matter how bogus or unreliable the source is, it will be posted, as we’ve learned on this forum from the militant antivaxxers over the past year.
It will be more than that
Sacrificing unborn to make the vaccine, sacrificing children to justify it.
