Re: horror films. I had hopes for Last Night in Soho but the reviews are underwhelming. That said, I will still get around to it, since I am officially committed to watch anything Thomasin McKenzie is in. You are free to disagree, but you are not eligible to argue the point here unless you have watched Leave No Trace. Which is, by the way, "our kind of movie," at least in cultural and thematic terms, even if you prefer other genres.

I used to be a big fan of horror films. I guess I've seen too many and/or aged out a long time ago. I do highly recommend Cabin in the Woods, which is hilarious. And 30 Days of Night was a welcome relief from glittery romantic hero vampires.
