Collard Greens my butt.

I’ve never heard of a single person here in MD that even had Collard Greens on TG. East, west, or in between.

This must be a “Baltimore” (i.e., demographic) thing.

I’d think stuffing is #1.

As far as “unusual” (but how is collard greens usual?) - we do seem to like our sauerkraut. I have to be careful or I might miss out buying the best before TG and Xmas.

I was just about to say Baltimore. Yes, it’s all about demographics. Every black family function I’ve ever attended in SE PA served collard greens. I assume it’s the same in Baltimore. Around here, most families (including mine) serve lasagna as one of the sides. I’ve never eaten a stuffed mushroom in my life. P.S. I’m surprised stuffing isn’t #1 for everyone.
