Another article says that 40 January 6th defendants will NOT be moved. I don’t know if that’s all of them or just the ones facing the most serious charges. And will anyone be held responsible or punished for allowing these horrible conditions?

This action is an admission of 8th Amendment violations. Going to be a lot of the political prisoners getting rich when they file lawsuits. Makes no difference if they are guilty, or not guilty.
