Yes, but he was relying on people to not give him a “hot gun.”
I honestly don’t think he has any idea how guns work.
You know the rule.
Any gun is loaded and deadly until YOU prove to yourself it isnt.
Baldwin ignored or didn’t know this rule and handled a weapon anyways. His negligence lead to the shooting.
I’m sure Baldwin knows EXACTLY how the gun worked. At the very least, he knew how to check it...and did not. The gun was on “kill” when it was handed to him.
