Since we cancelled our cable and switched to Roku I have found all sorts of things to watch and most are free.
Bill O’Reilly has a news channel too that you can find on Roku.
He’s a pompous a$$ but he does report the news truthfully.

Alfalfa sprouts. They are good for a lot of things, including arthritis.
The ones in Chinese food are mung beans. Most of them are self explanatory.
