I thought so, too. But I think they're two different women. The lady sitting next to Kyle has grey hair (Ellan has blond hair) and the grey haired lady is heavier. Maybe she's an attorney?

That’s a great idea. And that speaks to the cause of all these problems, the police not doing their jobs. Not that they don’t want to but they are being ordered not to. Actually it’s the mayors that should be sued, if they are the ones calling the shots.
