here's a picture I took. I alternated the rows. Hubby took another picture where all the Browns on one side all the red on the other except for one little piece of red in the middle of the ground. It's stuck out like a sore thumb. I think this is more than just a bit of variation. We are used to that since we love wood. Actually the brown stuff is White Oak and the red stuff is Red Oak. If we turn the pieces over we can see the difference. And they stain differently. Obviously!

That means 10 are voting not guilty.
And it seems like something should be done when jurors come right out and say they are feeling threatened and that will affect their vote. I don’t know what can be done but it does mean that the criminals are in charge.

You see the two different colors? Good, the more corroboration we get the better. Crazy isn’t it. We thought we could put all of the red and the dining room but then it’ll look funny for the transition. That was the only way I was going to accept this would but the installer said he wouldn’t do it. The transition would be funny looking

I went shopping, earlier, and saw a sign that reminded me of us.....something like...I have a glass of wine, for its health benefits. I have a second glass of wine for witty comebacks and my flawless dance moves.
I don’t know why I got such a chuckle out of that.

Who is this obtuse middle man? Maybe you can tell them you’ll be sure post about this experience, if it’s not rectified, immediately.
Which color is the one you were supposed to get? I like the brown (white oak)....but, they’re both very nice.

Seems like it may turn out to be a hung jury.
hung jury n. slang for a hopelessly deadlocked jury in a criminal case, in which neither side is able to prevail. Usually it means there is no unanimous verdict (although in Oregon and Louisiana 10 of 12 jurors can convict or acquit). If the jury is hung the trial judge will declare a mistrial.

Either would be fine with us! Especially after all this time. We wanted the red, it would go with all the window casings in the house.
Romanoff is their installation contractor. But it’s a weird way of doing business, they don’t do anything themselves other than hire local people. But they make sure the installers know that they are going to be liable for any problems. So we’ve had to walk off already saying that they couldn’t put the wood down in a way that we would be happy. But I don’t think real hard wood is ever perfect. I’d much rather have a few small gaps than this discoloration thing!
