I take daily the D3 (5000IU maintenance), and the zinc, quercetin and C dosages listed, and also take Claritin for nasal allergies.

so I would need to go get the aspirin, ibuprofen and Pepcid.

I do do the same. Can these be taken daily long term? I cant catch a cold and I see improvement in skin and nails. So it seems to be working. I just dont know about long term use.

1000 mg quercetin
5000iu D3
1000iu C
50mg elemental zinc

Taken daily.
