The court of liberal pubic opinion may give them all a pass, because anyone could put a live round in a gun by accident, right? Anyone could fail to check all the chambers. Anyone could point a gun straight at someone and pull the trigger. I’m sure you’ve done this a lot of times, haven’t we all?
The court of wrongful death judgments isn’t going to fall for that, though. There are going to be HUUUUUGH liability awards on this. Mrs. Baldwin may have to sell her Hispanic Identity to cover the judgment.
