If I have a gun in my hand and pull the trigger, I not so sure the “somebody handed it to me” defense will hold much water.
In a lot of states, that’s a manslaughter charge regardless of of any other factors. We’ll just have to see how it goes in this case. Tort law, though, is going to nail Mr. Baldwin (and probably the A.D. and the armorer).
