Yeah, some. But kids won’t even understand it. ‘What Knockers’ and ‘Roll Roll Roll in the Hay’ are both literal, and innuendo. If you don’t have the mind for innuendo, you’ll just get the superficial joke.
I saw Blazing Saddles in the theater at 14, it was a lot funnier 10 years later.
