Ditto! Haven’t watched yet, probably never will. Personally, I avoid “horror” movies, and yeah - that kind of stuff has impact - short and long term on our nervous systems. Kids systems - potential higher impact - longer lasting.

Same with these violent video games & TV shows.

I got rid of TV in ‘66. Haven’t owned one since. Never missed it.

I’m 79.

Those 1950 movies mostly giant insects and dinosaurs were fun to watch. King Kong (original)gave me nightmare for years

I saw BEAST FROM 20,000 FATHOMS at the drive in back in 1953. Scared the u-no-watt out of me! I spent most of the night hiding on the floorboards!
“GASP! it ate a policeman!” back to the floorboards.

Now it is fun to watch.
