So has a glass filled with ice and other “liquids” ever overflowed when the ice melts? I didn’t think so. It is total and complete BS.
What?? This is an "expert". It says so right in the title.

The ice sheets of Greenland and Antarctica are over land to a depth of several miles thick. If all that ice melted as it has in the past the global sea level would rise by over 100 meters. Greenland was green in the past and Antarctica has fossil evidence of green plants as well. The question is how fast is that ice melting relative to new snowfall over the ice sheets themselves. If the ratio goes negative there is net water loss to the oceans.
