Russia has the best vodka is a lie, just the the Soviet “system” was/is. Any self respectin eastern European “tourist” i.e. Gigolo, knows that the Polish make the best vodka. In fact, the only drinkable vodka you can get in Russia is at the airport. The Russians can’t afford the real stuff!
