Your link goes to a study that is limited to body builders in one city in IRAN. It does not reflect the universe of body builders. Although I have never been a body builder (I was a power lifter), I see a lot of body builders at the gym, and the tell-tale signs of steroid use are epidemic.
Iran has steroids OTC. It’s far more epidemic there than anywhere but maybe Mexico.
