What an idiot. She sent the request to the Tour Coordinators? The House has an office for random miscellaneous questions when you don’t know who else to call. Its supposed to be the first call you make for assistance. Every House staffer and Member is taught this from orientation on day one.
In the meantime they’re trying to implement the walk-and-chew-gum-at-the-same-time technique.
