I see these geese all over the place and I wonder if they are as delicious as they look?
I know someone who actually tried it and said it was really greasy, But I know you have to cook them low and slow for a very long time to drip all that grease off.
Lotsa Goose hunting here in Upstate New York...and it’s delicious. Yes...it’s in the cooking. Duck are greasy, too.
