Yes, was pretty bad when "Col". Phillip Waldron announcing on Day 3 that there had a security breach of the "data streams".

The full quote is below. Not ready for public release included the possibility of needing to redact names and email addresses in the data. If I were the lawyer advising Lindell's group, I would have told him not to release that data before including it in a court case. As much as people want to see it, there is no reason to release it early.

And, according to some one poster on FR, only the people at the Symposium know for sure about the packet captures. People that were not there cannot comment authoritatively on the packet captures - that's what Dr. Franklin was alluding to earlier this year. Even through three people who attended the Symposium all stated that they were not provided the packet captures to analyze.

What you've heard or read so far is legally only so much hearsay. Lindell says he expects 20 state AGs to join their states as petitioners for the writ of quo warranto and I believe him. They wouldn't be doing this unless they had some very compelling evidence.

The fact that this thread has not even made it to 100 posts is a potential sign that more and more people consider Lindell to not be a credible source regarding election fraud claims.

No, I don't cave. With legal challenges, a tough lawyer just keeps on truckin' through the courts up to the top. They only have one chance at the writ of quo warranto and they intend to do it right, including timing it to put the most political pressure possible on SCOTUS. The whole country will be watching what SCOTUS does much like Bush v. Gore.

Some posters have a “cut and paste” mentality and over, and over, and over again repeat their “intellectually superior” opinions of ...nothingburger, ho hum, call me when...,and you know what...IT GETS OLD.

I suspect that there are quite a few paid pros in that group, and they very much intend to get people to quit, and think everything is hopeless. This is a political struggle, and there are always next steps, and alternative actions. We just can't quit. It's what they want.

According to Lindell, some if not all of the AG’s who had agreed to sign on have backed off. Everyone needs to go here to email their state AG’s to sign onto the complaint. Maybe it will have an effect and maybe it won’t, but it’s the least we can do.

Who's the clown? Lindell can't file the bill of complaint with SCOTUS himself. He lacks "standing", as do any of us. The action must be filed by a state through its legal counsel, i.e., the state AG. They are the ones holding this up, not Lindell. The idea was to get this filed before T-Day so people would discuss it over the holiday. Who are the "clowns" sabotaging that plan? Somehow, I don't think it is a coincidence, but the simple-minded don't see a sinister master plan starting with Covid, if not before. The global elites need everyone to be an idiot who can't connect the dots for the globalist reset to succeed.

Obviously, the more AGs join the complaint for their respective states, the more news worthy it becomes, and the harder it is for corporate media to ignore. The more states that join the complaint, the more pressure on SCOTUS to act, and not dodge the legal issues of a stolen national election. People should judge the AGs who refused to join, or who are delaying the plan to have this filed by T-Day so people would discuss it over the long holiday weekend. The simple truth is that Bidet and the Dems wouldn't be in power now if the RINOs had taken action to stop the fraud rather than being complicit with it. The RINOs are the problem that needs to be addressed first. THEY ARE TRAITORS TO BOTH THEIR COUTNRY AND THEIR PARTY! They can all hang with the Dems after they are convicted of treason.

At least one state will join the action. Texas AG Ken Paxton sued PA once before at SCOTUS, and quite a few other AGs joined him. Why would they not sue the feds now? They also can file the complaint electronically, even on a holiday like today.
