While never being in the military my dad was so I grew up on several army bases and visited my share of dispensaries. Then as an adult I worked for the DoD for 31 years and had to visit the Naval dispensary on the base where I worked on numerous occasions.
Knowing what I know about military medicine I wouldn’t doubt these were mistakes....but you never know nowadays.
