The Left’s policy prescriptions are the black mirror in which their own personality is reflected and amplified.
If there is one lesson I learned working in the startup industry, it’s that people tend to assume everyone else will behave the way they behave. This was a revealing education in human behavior. Someone who accuses everyone of cheating is likely to be a cheat. Someone who tends to be trusting is likely to be trustworthy.
Unfortunately, of course, trusting types don’t always make the best businessmen: This quirk of human nature, the tendency to see everyone else through one’s own reflection, often makes victims of the best people. There is nothing quite as rotten as seeing a crook accuse an honest man of being a crook.
And it does make me wonder about many of the things the Left says: Do they accuse people of “not paying their fair share” of taxes because they know, in their Silicon Valley mansions, that their own lifestyles are wildly divergent from the economic views they espouse? Do they think that parents can’t be trusted to raise and educate their children because they themselves raise Hunter Bidens?

“Antifa’s” name is comical. They are the fascists.
Honestly, and I mean this sincerely, I think one of the reasons they hate conservatives so much is that they truly believe their descriptions of the motives of the right, because they are actually exposing their own core values. It’s like a habitual liar accusing others of lying. A liar thinks everyone is a liar. A racist thinks everyone is a racist. A thief trusts nobody.
That is really what is going on here.

They like lots of money.
They just claim they don’t to try and mask their thievery.
This is a lot of it.
Look how many Leftists got outted for the most pig like behavior by the Me Too movement. It was overwhelmingly Leftists. Is this why they’re such feminists...because they know how badly they treat women?
They live in segregated areas and send their kids to schools that are highly segregated. They also view most Blacks in the most condescending way possible. They assume everybody else is as racist as they know they are.
Is anybody else nearly as shallowly materialistic and money grubbing as rich Leftist socialists? They would run over babies with cement mixers if it made them an extra dollar. They seem to value nothing but money. Then they decry the free market.....once they’ve made theirs in the free market of course.
They go on and on with the Gaia Worship....as they individually spew more carbon than 10 average families with their giant energy sucking mansions, private jets, yachts, limos, etc etc. Its everybody else’s standard of living that needs to be cut - not theirs.
They cry and cry about guns while employing small armies of armed bodyguards for themselves or they themselves have almost impossible to obtain concealed carry permits in deep blue states.
I agree with everything u say. And will add that they have a void inside of themselves. Emptiness. They are sorely unhappy.
