Baldwin might be lazy, but this shooting death needs to be investigated carefully.
And it shouldn’t be investigated by anyone who belongs to the same secret club Baldwin belongs to.
Pretty sure they all belong to that club.
Celebrities are among the class of Americans who are usually above the law. Don’t expect him to be prosecuted. I don’t really blame him if he was given a gun and told it was “cold”. He should have checked for himself as a failsafe, to back-up the person who handed him the gun.
When I rent a car and the employee tells me the tank is full, I always check for myself. I don’t assume he is right or honest.
Baldwin was negligent in not checking for himself if the gun was empty. That said, he isn’t to “blame” for the death. Someone else in the chain of custody is to blame. That would be the person primarily responsiblel for INSURING guns handed to actors are empty when they should be empty. Just IMHO.
Baldwin should be civilly liable however, as a producer of the movie.
Sorry... only ones that know the secret handshake are the ONLY people permitted to investigate the special people on our planet. Get with the times — laws are for the sort of people that do the work. The REAL people that MATTER get their own sets of laws to obey...
