Sikhs now own/operate the convenience store close to me. Couldn’t be nicer guys. The owner even gave me a ride home when my car battery died.
My experience with Sikhs (graduate students) is that they are the salt of the earth. Fine people, but don’t cross with them. If you don’t mess with them, they’ll give you the shirt off their back or turban off their head. If you cross them, woe be unto you.
