The videos released by the Pentagon were not radar images, they were taken from infrared cameras onboard aircraft and at least one ship. And you’re forgetting that the pilots on the Nimitz and Roosevelt, as well as other crew members on various support ships, saw these objects visually, with their own eyes.

As for the radar being fooled by reflections, even commercial air traffic control radar data is processed to remove artifacts caused by reflections, ground vehicles, etc. before it is displayed. I have no doubt that the SPY-1 AEGIS radar system onboard some of these ships that did track these objects is vastly more sophisticated than simple commercial radar.

Tracked emissions of radiation. EM radiation reflects, is varied and isn’t subject to aerial flight characteritcs.

That’s why these artifacts/phenomena are called UAPs, not necessarily objects....
