According to press reports his initial reactions were to blame the guy who gave him the gun. He will take zero responsibility for this, none. I do think he (as a producer) can be criminally charged if for no other reason than criminal neglect—through not insuring safety standards were complied to on set.

Interestingly, I am not angry as some judge me to be, I learned long ago in the Navy that anger kills by fostering errors in adaption, tactics and underestimation of the enemy.
I find I'm most effective by keeping those I care about calm when they decide to engage in a worthwhile fight, and give them better days when it's not necessary to fight.
Anger takes it's toll.
