I think Kamala is very ill at ease. She knows she is way over her head and in no way, earned the office or is capable of the job. Kamala is the “mean girl” her career built on a race card and zero accomplishments.
Throw in some drugs to cope with all of the above, and I think you’ve nailed it. I think the inner workings of power have her a little spooked.
That is how I see it too. But I think it was more she was pushed into all of this, she just doesn't look comfortable enough to have pursued it on her own.
I would be fun for someone to take that video and insert their own comments, kind of like captioning a photo.
