Chris and Roberta Laundrie, the parents of fugitive Brian Laundrie, ventured into Florida's Myakkahatchee Creek Environmental Park early Wednesday morning, where Fox News Digital saw an officer apparently tell parents that law enforcement "might have found something." Steven Bertolino, who represents the Laundrie family, confirmed to Fox News Digital that the Laundries informed law enforcement last night of their intentions to search the park and met officers there. Bertolino confirmed that while searching areas that Brian frequented, "some articles belonging to Brian were found."

I once started a Tucker Carlson ping list but many people wanted in and I just on my cell. I just couldn’t keep up!

Good for you, Diana!

BTW, my sister lives in “Madtown,” Madison, of course (for those who might not know what I’m talking about, LOL)

I don’t think so, but I don’t know.

He was a very creepy man. And the last person to be executed in Illinois, IIRC.

In his case, well deserved.

My sister dated the last guy killed by John Wayne Gacy! They found Rob’s body floating in the Des Plaines river.

If I recall correctly, the last victim was not a transient like most of the others, and that's what drew a great deal of attention to the case. Gacy had eluded police because most of his victims were never even reported missing.

My sister lives there, too.

What’s wrong with our sisters? LOL!

What a dud for a presser. So, they found a notebook. Perhaps it contained Brian’s gory sketches. Hopefully, it contained a confession. In my best Twin Peaks voice, I hope it was wrapped in plastic.

It's an ugly end, it suggests Brain's dad let doofus camp off with the explicit means to end himself. That is compounding sin with sin, instead of firmly holding up your son to answer for what he has done.

But Wyoming is a firm serve state, it has EED but to no real effect other than negating the DP -- it's hard to imagine the Petito's would have agreed to an involuntary manslaughter plea, and that was literally the only way Brain didn't serve 15.

its an outrageous story

It really is. Add to that the secrecy of the parents, etc. Just a wild ride altogether.

It’s possible that he may be alive still.

Florida's Panthers are few in number and scattered.

If this is Brian's body, it very well might have been a firearms suicide followed by natural decomposition (in place). I've seen plenty and, in this case, won't look for pictures.

They ran a cadaver dog and taped off a rather wide area. Expect scattered remains.

One night, during my Senior year of High School, I was on my bed studying. My bedroom window was open.

My cat jumped into my room, onto my bed and proceeded to jump on the floor. I was reading but, out of the corner of my eye, I could see something in his mouth. It was a snake.

I screamed bloody murder because I possess an irrational fear of those horrid creatures. It terrifies me to even look at pictures of them.

Anyway, my mom and stepdad came running, My stepdad killed the snake. It was a Brown Rattler. Suffice to say, I did not sleep well that night.

You are lucky your cat’s gift was only a lizard:)

If the notebook was in an area previously under water, wouldn’t it have been destroyed?

I think you’re right. I believe a lot of people would like a ‘Crime’ section. Just don’t know how to get something like that going.

Depends on whether it was in the dry bag, or how waterproof the backpack is, or whether it was wrapped in plastic.
