Yes. Normally, you’d have the condition being treated and the direct cause.
So, you could have a primary case of diptheria, for example, but that could ulitmately lead to something like sepsis or you just go out in a fever, which may go down as “exhaustion”.
Powell’s death cert probably would indicate the myeloma as the primary cause with respiratory failure as the direct.
The direct cause could be induced by flu, covid, or any other respiratory disease.
There are 241,431,000 worldwide covid cases reported. If covid itself causes death, why aren't there 241,431,000 deaths reported ?

1) if a person died 14 days after being vaccinated, it was with COVID;
2) if a person died within 14 days after being vaccinated, he was unvaccinated and died because of COVID;
3) if a person was never vaccinated, he died because of COVID.
Here is what gets me...
I haven’t seen one news article pre-2021 that said he had blood cancer, but plenty that talked about his prostate cancer. He even gave speeches to Multiple Myeloma groups in 2019 and didn’t mention that he was diagnosed with this cancer. But now there are hundreds of articles about it, as if it was common knowledge, but it was not as far as I can see.
Incidentally, there are 34 instances of myeloma as a adverse reaction to the shot in VAERS, so it’s not unheard of.
