A lot of the charting is done by Nurses too. In fact, they are usually the ones you splain everything to before the doctor comes in and you have to splain it all over again. We all know this. As it said, a conspiracy of silence. Nurses can make vaers reports too. And I’ll bet it is nurses who are about the only ones doing it - if they have time. Not that there is a shortage in health care it will only get worse.
