I’m surprised they should need a law—why isn’t it already a right? Do care homes in England have the right to bar Catholic priests from the premises?
I’m guessing he mentions care homes because of COVID and they have been denied.

No. The pro-death Deep State dictatorship demanded a US Florida Catholic be denied ALL food and drink, including the sacraments as she lay in a judge’s custody while her “ husband” killed her.
This law has to do with the UK, not the US.
