Babbitt, who was shot and killed by Lt. Michael Byrd as it appeared as though she was about to crawl through the broken window of a door leading to the House floor, should have been able to be buried with full military honors, her mother, Micki Witthoeft, told Newsmax TV Saturday, because she loved her country enough that she would have died for it.
It’s one thing for anti-Trump political leaders and Americans to talk disparagingly of her daughter, Witthoeft said, but having the Air Force turn away from her just makes it worse.

I agree with you in fact this was a post I made yesterday about her death:
I do not recall any video showing Babbit destroying property. I do recall a number of videos of Police opening and or holding open doors for protestors, which clearly nullifies any charges of trespass. In fact no one has ever made the case that Babbit committed an other act other than peaceful protesting. I know for a fact that Congressional and Senate offices have been the scene of a number of protests over the years, but I am certain that no protestor were ever had deadly force use upon them. If the Constitution is to remain the law of the land and we are to retain the Liberties proscribed therein her Death must be address or they will all be lost. Nothing they have done is so blatantly criminal and as dangerous to the Constitution as the execution of Ashli Babbit. Nothing could take down the currant corrupt regime as fast as exposing her execution for what it was. Nothing they have done is easier to prove or easier for people to understand. Right now there should peaceful and dignified on going pubic vigil being held in her honor for her sacrifice and death needs to be placed in the public conciseness and kept there for being the gross injustice it is.
For those who call Babbit’s death murder I am sorry but I disagree it was a summary execution, she was judge for the crime of Insurrection, We have heard the term used often enough and has been declared as so by those in charge including the Speaker of the House.

1) Individuals separated from the armed forces under dishonorable conditions or those who have been barred from veteran’s benefits
2) Those who have been convicted of a federal or state capital crime
3) A person who is found to have committed but who has not yet been convicted of a federal or state capital crime by reason of their not being available for trial due to their death or flight to avoid prosecution
4) A person convicted of a federal or state crime causing the person to be a Tier III sex offender
5) Anyone who was ordered to report to an induction station but was not actually inducted into military service
It would appear that the denial was pursuant to #3
