Actually, I have a pretty good idea of how much power the words on Free Republic have, and of how the people who run things (and the private, and often public sector spooks they use) try to control what other see. So my view tends to see them as not just insulting people to be trolls, but rather specifically to blind people to the truth for the powers they serve. Psops are real, and used all throughout spookdom, not just in the military.
Most people here are consumers of information, who lurk, and the arguments we have in public here are often between the few regular people who want to know the truth and step up to post, and those who want it hidden.
I am convinced the majority of the fights that occur during primary season, where somebody shows up as a supporter of Candidate A and is just unbearably obnoxious, and alienates everyone else, while other people do the exact same thing for every other candidate except an establishment candidate, until we are all fighting and can’t stand each other as a Bush or a Romney just walk into the nomination, are actual planned operations to manipulate the readers here and try to exert just another degree of control over the process, however minor.
But most people just think everyone posting here are normal people who believe in a Constitution, and freedom, and that all Americans are on the same team. Not so. A lot - A LOT - of people belong to this secret society intel has created and have sold out, and think it would be great if things went on as they are, and the same shadow dictatorship which was going to install Hillary, and who gave us both Bushes and Biden, would just stay in power, and they could keep running domestic surveillance for them, and we would all go back to being good, blind, and clueless little serfs.

Free Republic is off-course because this site is devolving into FRacebook and the FRacebookers are also importing their Facebook fights; and all your book pimping doesn't change that.
