Governor Sununu had peaceful attendees arrested who were sitting quietly in chairs. This meeting was postponed by two weeks and moved to the State Police Academy. The original meeting was postponed because state employees claimed they were "uncomfortable" with testifying because of citizens being present at the meeting. Governor Sununu needs to be removed from office immediately.

On the face of the report, any staties stupid enough to be doing any arresting under those circumstances are looking at Title 18, section 242 and possibly 241 charges. Strips their limited immunity in those cases.
