QUW YHZYNC LYC PASW WUQIRL AX QUW ZAHH YGGHN AP ZWHH. —BQLYUU ZQHXRYUR OQU RQWPLW
The way it works is a letter stands for another letter. For example: AXYDLBAAXR is LONGFELLOW (does not apply to today's cryptogram).
Beware, the game is very addictive. If this is your first time, don't be intimidated, you’ll be solving them all within a few days. If you’re stumped, take a break and return to it.
PLEASE DO NOT post the answer in general comments, but DO post your time and how you made out.
You can certainly send your solution to my private reply, or if you need a hint for today’s Cryptogram ASK THE GROUP FOR HELP!
I suggest printing these out and work them on paper. If you need a little help you can copy and paste it to Hal’s Helper below.
You can then work on the puzzle without using pen and paper, but I recommend that you do NOT look at the letter counter.
One last request. Feel free to post a fun or clever clue, the more tangential to the quotation the better, but please don’t put the actual words of the quote in the clue.

Who happen to be first and last alphabetically.

I’ve studied now, to my regret,
Philosophy, Law, Medicine,
and—what is worst—Theology
from end to end with diligence.
Yet here I am, a wretched fool
and still no wiser than before.
I had to read The Sorrows of Young Werther in high school.
Started with the name and got 80% of the rest by that.
Ach!
Guessed the name, but apparently have forgotten proper Rechtschreibung! But once that was corrected, things fall into place.
The first word reverses as the beginning of the fifth word. Getting the first or fifth words will get the other, which will then get you the last name of the author and the rest of the puzzle.

And thou, good soul, who sufferest the same distress as [Young Werther] endured once, draw comfort from his sorrows; and let this little book be thy friend, if, owing to fortune or through thine own fault, thou canst not find a dearer companion.
Lol. It is too Germanic for me, I’ll take Jane Austen any day.
Yes, the third word of the author name got me started.
Back in university, a room mate had the same first name as author.
Surprised first time I saw him order pizza.
Told the pizza guy his name was Bob Smith.
Then, I realized, he was making life easy for him and the pizza guy
Now the Paul Dukas music will be going through my head all day.
