Parents from Indiana say their children were accidentally given adult doses of a COVID-19 vaccine instead of flu shots.
Alexandra and Joshua Price, from Evansville, told WFIE that the family went to a Walgreens store on October 4 so they could all get influenza jabs.
Instead, the Prices say the pharmacist gave doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine not just to the adults but also to their five-year-old daughter, Sophia, and four-year-old son, Lukas.
However, the Pfizer vaccine is only approved for those aged 16 and older and authorized for those aged 12 to 15.
The company has submitted an application to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for emergency use authorization in kids aged five to 11.
The Prices says that their kids are now suffering side effects including high blood pressure and increased heart rate.
Alexandra told WFIE that she didn't know anything was wrong until they received a call from a Walgreens employee about the mistake.
She and her husband had already fully vaccinated since April 2021, but were not concerned about the extra dose they had received, only for their children.
'Walgreens called me to say there was a mix up, we did not receive the flu shot,' she said.
'And I'm like: "Well what did we get?" And he was like: "We got the COVID-19 shot" and instantly I was like: "Well what does this mean for my kids...?"'
Daniel Tuley, the attorney who is representing the Price family, told WFIE that Walgreens issued vaccine cards from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to the whole family after the incident.
The cards clearly show that the children's birthdays are in 2016 and 2017.
The Prices say their children have been exhibiting side effects since getting the adult doses, including fever, coughs, hypertension and heart issues

My uncle went for a flu shot at Kroger and they “accidentally” gave him a wuhan virus booster shot. After a few hours he became very sick with diarrhea and vomiting. It was so bad his family called EMS.
He eventually was okay after spending the nigh in the ER but he DEFINITELY did not receive the shot he requested

I sure hope your uncle is okay but what is it with these jab "accidents"? I've never had a flu shot plus I'm the type who goes to a normal medical appointment for medical needs. This business of lining up at some generic grocer always has seemed third-worldish to me. I mean who are these people? Any trace, any accountability? Apparently not. :(

My father nearly died from the flu shot in 2002.
Pneumonia, congestive heart failure, breathing problems, etc. were a result. He was in the hospital for a week and never recovered 100%. The doctor blamed it on the flu shot.
Someone in the medical field here in Maine told me there was a bad batch of flu shots in 2016 which caused people to die in a local nursing home / rehab center.
Nothing about it in the news at the time.
I should have added, I hope their kids are going to be fine, but I didn’t think I needed to say it. After everyone is ok, then the lawsuit.

No it doesn’t. If a pharmacist gives the wrong medicines, he/she is responsible. Same thing. I won’t take another vaccine because of a “mistake.” For some reason, they want the clot-shot given to everyone...with or without their consent. Something is fishy in Denmark.

I remember getting the flu shot in boot camp, along with around 15~20 others. We were all sicker than cr@p for at least a week.

It’s not an “accident”, it’s a test group. Actually, we’re all test groups. God only knows what they’re really doing to us all. It will be interesting to see how things go when they start injecting thousands of kids in a few weeks. A headline in a UCHealth email the other day: “Next Up: Covid-19 Vaccines for Babies”. Creepy.
If everyone has taken all the death jabs, then there’s no control group to base the horribad aftereffects of the death jab against.
Also, once everyone’s jabbed, the string-pullers can sit back and say “oh, too bad, so sad, sucks to be you” and watch the results play out across the entire pop as we’re all held hostage to medical support.
What I find so amazing is that the evil ones have shoved their agenda into our faces for decades. Bragged about their end-game goals. And we continue to believe it’s all just the usual mess up and they all meant well, honest!
