I don’t think Sauron cares about how you’re feeling today or what gender you’ve decided to identify as this week. That’s part of the message in the story. There is true evil, and we all must fight it. We all have a part to play.

The Lord of the Rings books portrayed some incredibly strong, yet feminine women. Galadriel, Éowyn, and Arwen are the most prominent. There is no need to tamper with perfection, but the modern crusade to “fundamentally transform” everything in our history and culture inevitability leads to destructive mediocrity.
Except that thinking that you can decide what SEX you are is part of that real evil.
