My wife, my elderly brother and I got both shots of Pfizer late last Spring. My wife and I are still alive, but my brother, up to then healthy, died a month and several days after the second shot. I don't think I'm going to take any boosters. We're taking quercein, zinc and vitamins, and now also ivermectin as a prophylactic. My wife also takes azithromycin for a lung infection. We'll see what happens.
