Once they off load the containers then they have to be trucked somewhere. The business’s the goods are going to are not open 24/7 so what to do with a truck load of stuff going to many stops?
” IBM Selectric”

Let me grab my Royal...
Sorry to continue my unconstructive derision but, what do they understand besides mayhem? Or that it is intentional?
Can anyone who goes so far be so stupid or do they see themselves that smugly superior to all others? This is Obama, Jarrett, perousi et al. Plugs is the stupid radical he has always been. They can get him to say anything. What obammy said, “Never underestimate Joe’s ability to fluck up.” He is just a place holder as we know but to whom has been the only real question. Imagine the angst and comedy that takes place when plugs goes off script, if it is still plugs we see and hear.
They actually believe we believe their line of bull but no matter that we think them stupid. With the help of the press and our ridicule they get away with it all.
If you can work construction, a drilling rig, a supply vessel or cut wheat and farm at night working a port is just another dangerous job to do. Some of us have done one or all of these.

Dementia Joe unwittingly (redundant, I know) set himself up for another failure. First, freight hauling is a 24/7/365 operation. Second, 3500 extra cans is barely an eighth increase of one container ship. Third, the problem in California is AB5, the banning of non union drivers from carrying loads out. Finally, freight velocity is so far behind what’s needed to clear the backlog by December 25th even with a paltry 3500 container increase.
Things will improve fast when they switch over to all electric trucks.
