Actually that Bloodrock song was banned from many radio stations when it first came out. It was played on so-called ‘underground’ FM stations only late at night. I remember staying up late one night to hear it after they hyped it all day..............................
I remember hearing it and thinking “Good God, who on earth wants to listen to THAT? I think I’ll just go slit my wrists now...”
Which is why I chose that as an example. There are boatloads of others...
