You say Mars could have been the source of life on earth, and not God. Genesis has no place in your view I take it.
Life DID start on Mars.

I have no problem with Genesis. Who’s to say the Garden of Eden was on this planet. Mars has water. Mars had life. We could have moved from there to here. It would explain a lot.
