Cajuns are descendants of French Canadiens that were expelled from Canada and forcibly relocated by the British to Louisiana French Territory.
Creoles are mixed blood peoples of African, Carribbean, French, Spanish and Native American descent................

Couple of things Red
Are the cheeks as tasty on one that big as say a 5 or 6 footer?
And how many cow boy boots can that sucker make?
Course those boys are smiling Those are some happy Florida Red necks.
Also how many steaks can be made from its tail?
And who gets the Head skull.
Just too many questions.
Biggest one I’ve had in my back yard pond was probably an 8 footer but FAT. Ate hardy.
