If you owned real property within the city, and depended upon the police....you probably are thinking of selling and removing yourself from the local area. It’s a script to structure Seattle along the lines of Detroit in ten years.
The decarceration movement needs a city to transplant the released inmates to.
The weird part of this is, Seattle real estate prices are through the roof. Most properties sell in days, the Pugetopolis area, (King, Pierce and Snohomish counties), have realtors advertise they will sell your home in 5 days or they won’t charge a commission.
Also, there’s more people moving out of Pugetopolis into the outlying areas. Hell, I live 4 hours west of Seattle out on the Coast and the little town next to my town, Aberdeen, (birthplace of Kurt Cobain, Come as You Are, is the city motto), is the recipient of the largest state infill movements causing everyone’s property values to skyrocket. For everyone moving out of the Pugetopolis area 4 are trying to move in.
It certainly won’t take 10 years!
Whom would you sell to? It’s not like most people don’t know the hell hole zone Seattle is entering. I feel sorry for the real Americans left in Seattle, years worth of saving and investing in property down the drain!
“If you owned real property within the city, and depended upon the police....you probably”
...should have your head examined. Lots of people choose to ignore politics, but they do at their own peril (example, parents FINALLY learning who really controls the schools), and so people who make a living ‘in the city’, ANY city in the US, are at the mercy of Soros, who is out to destroy them. This isn’t new...the writing has been on the wall for over 5 years...yet people persist in trying to survive in ever-worsening conditions.
Bottom line - just get the (expletive) out of there. Or else.
