When we grew up on the ranch 100% baking Cocoa was all we had around as candy. Once we got used to it 100% is all we have ever liked since.

Food and beverage items like grapes and red wine, tomatoes, onions, berries and peaches also are considered good sources of flavanols.Now that's a first -- that's a list of many of my favorite foods. Usually the stuff that is supposed to be good for you is YUCK!
Peach season just ended here in the Inland Northwest. We have the best peaches in the world in August!

The cocoa is chocolate without sugar, Hershey sells it, it is bitter therefore I sweeten it a little
