I’ve been joining the hospital protestors in my area.

I’m an uber driver. I drive food, not people. It’s hard to make money but I do. I also understand something that they themselves are going through. During the pandemic my position was heralded. We were given tips. We were treated nicely by restaurants who knew that our services were keeping them in business.

Then when the whole thing cleared out they bit us like a snake. The hospital workers were “heros” and now they are persona-non-grata.

I’ve hugged them and tried to convince them that there is a light at the end of the tunnel, That the sun will rise and they will not go homeless. They will be ok. I have to use another caveat however: You need to see it through.

A long time ago I quit a lucrative job because my company was devilishly dishonest. They were simply stealing money from everyone they could. I loved the people I worked with, I loved by job but my company itself was ruining lives.

My company was the US Government.

I left that job and faced repercussions. from the “I’ll make sure you never work again” to the “Keep your mouth shut or people you know will disappear”. threats. The whole spectrum.

I stayed strong. I held my principles. I called their bluff because I knew something they had overlooked:

When they complied with the bully they PROVED they lack the courage and resolve to harm me.

If you simply look them in the face and say “No.” that’s all you really need. They will turn to a superior or another office or another edict to get THEM to fire you. But I can tell you this, when you tell a bully straight to their face “No.” you scare the hell out of them. I mean, how powerful are YOU to stare down your employer? Shouldn’t it be the other way around? I thought WE, your employer, had the control over you and your life?

You take control away from your bully.

Let me be clear though.. this will NOT save your job for any more than another 10 minutes. But what it does do is break a cycle that needs to be broken and instead starts a cycle that you need to start your new life and career under your control.

Become an uber driver.Doordash. No, you don’t make a ton of money but you can pay your bills. And remember that patriots before you sacrificed their lives to say no, and all you’re really sacrificing is some comforts.

I know you’re afraid but don’t be. If you are afraid then the enemy has already won.

I have done the brave thing. And because of it I don’t own the newest car, the latest cell phone or a top-notch anything. But dammit, I am free and my daughter grows up with a free man teaching her what freedom is and how to be free.

I don’t think they can ask you what religion you are of, etc. Religious discrimination is supposed to be a no-no. It would be good to consult a lawyer who deals with employment and discrimination issues. Probably the less you say, beyond asking for a religious exemption, the better.

You can’t be held responsible for what your parents did to you. If you became enlightened as an adult, what difference does it make if you ever had a vax? I was vaccinated as a child, but have not had so much as a flu shot since.

I haven’t seen any recommendations to look into your company’s sabbatical policy or long term time off without pay, or some such.

Maybe you think you like your job and where you are. I might bet that this cannot go on for long as is. I don’t see these “vaccines” coming out of this as successful, with permanent mandates.

Your quit idea is the best, I believe, for those that can make the choice.

Go to a lawyer and have him draw up a legal document that you consent to take the Pfizer Comirnaty vaccine, because if anything adverse happens Pfizer will no longer have immunity from prosecution. That you refuse to take any of the other EUA vaccines available, because they all have immunity from prosecution or liability from lawsuits if you should experience an adverse reaction. You also by virtue of the company mandating that you take a vaccine, agree that you also will also have the right to file a lawsuit against them if you have an adverse reaction with the Pfizer Comirnaty vaccine.

The Pfizer Comirnaty vaccine does not exist, supposedly. But id it does and it is available and approved by the FDA as it was claimed, they no longer have immunity. The company will also think real hard before they sign if there is even a possibility they may end up in litigation.

It is my understanding you don't need to tell them your specific objection just exercise your right under the law.

Religion: Evangelical Christianity

Religious Objection: I have religious objections to the COVID-19 vaccine and all vaccines in general. As a Christian, I believe that my God protects us from deadly viruses and heals us when we are exposed to deadly viruses. (Note: I said ALL vaccines because they will try to push Moderna mRNA vaccines and possible CRISP-R vaccines)

Specific Objection: My religious objections to the COVID-19 vaccine and and all vaccines is rooted in the earnest believe that my God protects us from deadly viruses and heals us when we are exposed to deadly viruses.

I also believe that all life is sacred and bears the image of God. Consequently, I believe that the act of abortion is deeply immoral. I cannot in good conscience receive any vaccine which uses, benefits from, is derived from, tested with, or is in any way connected to fetal cell lines. For me, to receive a vaccine associated with fetal cell lines would be to endorse and turn a blind eye to what I believe to be a grave sin.

As a Christian, I believe in the principle of bodily autonomy, bodily integrity, and informed consent. They are central to my Christian worldview. I am deeply opposed to any mandate that would result in the non-consensual penetration of my body as a condition of employment--especially in the absence of any long term, peer reviewed studies relating to potential side effects of the COVID-19 vaccines, or any vaccines.

Based on my sincerely held religious beliefs, I am my family have not received vaccines. Me, since becoming a Christian in 1992, and my 9 children since birth. I cannot in good conscience receive any of the currently available COVID-19 vaccines. Furthermore, I understand that the right to live in accordance with my convictions free of discrimination or coercion in this context is protected by a large, well-established body of law, including but not limited to the First Amendment to the United States Constitution, the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (and other federal law), as well as Iowa constitutional and statutory law.

Based on the foregoing, I am hereby requesting a reasonable accommodation and full exemption from any Covid-19 vaccine mandate

Accommodation: Regular testing, wearing a mask, social distancing, and/or working from home For the last 1.5 years I have been able to keep myself and my workmates safe by regular testing, wearing a mask, social distancing, and/or working from home

Duration of Accommodation: I am requesting accommodation for the entire duration of this COVID-19 mandate.
