Price controls imposed on utilities by Government have resulted in them being deeply in debt to suppliers since they cannot easily increase prices to pay for increased raw material prices.

Forget the coal — pipe your LNG in from Iran.
Better yet, ship it in from a reliable source, the US.
China can’t get coal.
India can’t get coal.
Europe can’t get coal.
The US shut down some of it’s coal plants.
Yet there is enough coal in the various parts of the world to keep their plants running for centuries!
WoW - Does that mean the massive amounts of unregulated, and chocking, pollution in India might drop a tiny bit?
Fill empty shipping containers with U.S. coal and send them back on ships to the Far East.
You’d have to figure out how to clean the container, but back hauling during a return trip might work.
