Suspect taken into custody
Timothy George Simpkins, 18, has been taken into custody, assistant Arlington police chief Kevin Kolbye said at a news conference. He will be charged with three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
A weapon was recovered in the streets, which will be turned over to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, Kolbye said. Police have not yet confirmed if it was the weapon used in the shooting.
Obviously a dispute over the number of ang3ls that 2ould fit on the h3qd of a pin. Naturally, violence was the only resort.
